Welcome! I have a decade of experience as a therapist, and I enjoy working with people from all walks of life. I'm here to help individuals who are dealing with present and past issues that may be impacting their day-to-day lives. I specialize in treating anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, issues with relationships, issues with work/ school, postpartum depression and anxiety, pregnancy loss, infertility, adoption, and challenges as a new or seasoned parent. I provide a warm and welcoming virtual space for residents of GA, VT and FL. Please note, I am only providing telehealth services at this time.
I specialize in treating postpartum anxiety and depression, PTSD, and trauma related disorders. I am certified in EMDR, which is an evidence-based treatment for PTSD. I have extensive training in the treatment of perinatal mood disorders. My approach integrates a variety of different approaches to best meet each client's needs.
I work collaboratively with clients, helping them identify meaningful goals while taking small steps towards achieving them. I enjoy getting to know people, and I work hard to create a space where everyone feels comfortable, safe, and heard.
