I bring a diverse training in multiple modalities to our work together including EMDR, Brain-spotting, and Mindfulness and I integrate these with traditional cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic approaches for optimal healing. I offer Mindfulness Meditation classes to further deepen personal growth and healing.
