I am an independently licensed professional clinical counselor in Ohio who meets with clients through telehealth. I welcome clients with a judgment-free space for them to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behavior. I am client-centered, meaning you are my priority. Sessions are built around you. I work under the umbrella of CBT using REBT, DBT, and RT theories. I provide a space that is accepting and understanding of all. I am also able to complete a diagnostic assessment for ADHD.
I have worked with a variety of clients, including those with mental health issues in trauma (CPT), depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, addiction, family issues, and relationship issues. I offer my knowledge of coping skills and strategies to my clients, understanding each of us is unique.
I want my clients to feel safe so that they can begin to heal. Therapy is meant to provide support to individuals, and I want to be a part of your healing process.
