All clients are important and have something to gain from working with someone who can support them in becoming more of the person they want to be. Life seems to get ahead of us at times and having a person to work through issues with, to talk about things with, and to share with can be critical. I believe therapy is a participatory activity, I partner with you through your therapy journey. The first session we discuss what is going on and what your goals are, and at the end of that session we talk about some of the steps we will take to get there.
I have worked as a Social Worker since 1992. I have worked with many different client populations with issues that range from adjustment, anxiety, depression, grief, chronic illness, neurodevelopmental issues, family dynamics, trauma and more. I offer an experienced counselor who will listen to you, support you and challenge you to meet your goals.
I know that there are times in everyone's life where it just seems that it is a bit too much, and you need someone in your corner. That is why I am here. I believe that everyone can get something great out of counseling. Counseling is a safe place to find yourself again and get on a path that will intersect with your goals.
