But let’s be honest—road trips aren’t always smooth. We might feel car sick, hungry, or exhausted from staring at the road. As your therapist, I see my role as accompanying you on your road trip—not just racing from point A to B, but pausing to reflect, rest, and explore new paths. While I can’t promise the road will always be scenic, I believe that together, we can find meaning in community, reflection, and growth.
I draw from psychodynamic therapy, ACT, CBT, and ERP to explore the roots of patterns that may be holding you back. With patience and support, we’ll navigate these patterns using interventions focused on acceptance, flexibility, values, and behavioral change. My goal is for you to leave therapy with greater self-compassion and a deeper sense of agency.
While my practice is open to all, I specialize in working with individuals and couples struggling with generalized anxiety, OCD, social and performance anxiety, panic, and phobias. Having transitioned into this field from a career as a performer, I have a special interest in supporting fellow artists through their unique challenges.
