Being a human is hard! We all experience struggles or difficult feelings at some point in our lives. Sometimes we need support outside of our family and friends. My goal is to provide a safe place for you to receive unconditional support and guidance. My intention is to hold space for you to feel heard and understood and help you gain comfort, self-awareness, empowerment, clarity and healing.
I feel everyone comes to therapy with different needs. My hope is to get to know you and build a trusting relationship. I believe with the combination of my clinical training and genuine passion for personal growth, along with your dedication to your therapy, we can work together to help you achieve peace and wholeness.
A unique service I offer is Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). I am partnered with Journey Clinical and offer in-office KAP. KAP is a holistic modality in which Ketamine is used as a compliment to psychotherapy to help eligible clients get "unstuck" and experience more frequent breakthroughs and sustained improvement in symptoms.

Women’s Therapy Group
The intention for this group is to support women who are interested in gaining support and insight on issues such as relationships, sexuality, career goals, parenting, life goals, recovery goals and grief. My hope is that group members gain accountability and tools to help enhance interpersonal skills in all relationships. All groups require screening prior to attendance.
