I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience working with a wide-range of individuals, including both adolescents and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, life transitions, and family conflict.
While no two people are the same, I find that exploring different therapeutic modalities such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, Psychoanalytic Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy, leads to positive results with clients.
