I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy through an attachment lens. I utilize a compassionate and integrative approach that combines evidence based principles with EMDR to address trauma and emotional distress while connecting with attachment theory that allows me to understand and heal the relational patterns.
I also specialize in Christian Counseling with a strong biblical, spirit lead approach for those who are looking for a faith based approach. However, my practice is a judgement free zone and I am committed to meeting you right where you are in order to reach your goals.
