Interpersonal Process Group
Group therapy can act as a catalyst for deeply meaningful interpersonal growth. Group members will learn more about how they see themselves in the world and how others see and experience them. In group therapy, the group acts as a “social microcosm.” That means that deeply rooted relational patterns in the “real world” will undoubtedly manifest in the group dynamic as well. The difference is that the group acts as a “relationship lab” to share real-time feedback on the way people experience you and the opportunity to explore new, more empowered ways of relating to others.
