I am a licensed clinical social worker with many years of experience. I provide psychotherapy to adolescent girls, young women and adults. My goal is to provide a safe, caring, and supportive environment to help my clients develop solutions to their distress, build confidence and develop a healthy sense of self.
My training includes extensive work with depression, anxiety and trauma. My approach is strength-based, collaborative and compassionate. Within a safe environment, treatment is an active process that promotes curiosity, creativity and builds upon existing strengths and skills.
