I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and have been practicing in the field for over 15 years. I received my Master's Degree from University of Phoenix and my Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara. I have experience working in community-based, outpatient mental health settings in both the public and private sector. I am passionate about working with individuals to achieve their goals and improving their overall wellness.
My areas of specialty include treatment of anxiety and depressive symptoms, identifying low-level cues for compromised wellness and development of applicable strategies to improve symptoms. I have extensive history of working with children, adolescents, adults and families and I apply a cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused approach to my practice.
