My approach is holistic, strengths-based, and person-centered, and I bring experience working with older adolescents and adults in both educational and counseling environments. To fit your unique situation, I will draw from an array of therapeutic techniques, including CBT, ACT, EMDR/trauma-focused care, and mindfulness.
I provide services through StonyCreek Psychotherapy and Wellness, offer in-person sessions in Bangor and telehealth across the state, and I am currently accepting clients 15 years and older.
