I am passionate about working with adolescents, young adults, & adults. I provide therapy for individuals who are experiencing challenges with anxiety, depression, life transitions, school, & relationships. I have had the unique opportunity to work with people of all ages in private practice, inpatient hospitals, and a juvenile detention center over the past 13 years. I have experience with assessments, IEP, 504's, & school advocacy. I use an integrative approach & strive to understand the person as a whole. I provide an environment that is collaborative, inclusive, supportive, & empowering.
