I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist working with children, teens, and adults. I treat issues such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, divorce, blended families, self-esteem issues, anger management, and behavioral issues. I am well experienced working with children with ADHD as well. I also have training in play therapy and sandtray therapy for working with children and am happy to provide parent support. My unique training and life experience can provide insight to assist you with life's challenges.
I use a strengths-based approach to foster growth and empowerment, increase clarity, improve emotional regulation, and refine relational skills. I base this work on the principles of Cognitive Behavior therapy, attachment theory, Solution Focused therapy, DBT, Transpersonal therapy, ACT, and mindfulness interventions.
I strive to create a space that is safe, empathetic and non-judgmental. My work with you will be based on trust, care, and hope.
