I have had the privilege of having a thriving private practice for the past 24 years supporting individuals and families as they navigate life's challenges. I foster authentic, trusting relationships with clients to develop a personalized treatment plan and therapeutic approach to achieve the goals of the individual. I commit to providing clients a confidential, supportive and non judgmental environment to explore thoughts, feelings and behaviors, working in a solution focused manner towards attainable goals generated by you.
My areas of specialization and expertise include women's issues, anxiety, depression and issues related to life transitions. My practice includes providing therapy to men and women; individually, couples counseling and family therapy to clients from age 18 to adult.
I manage a large practice with clinicians with a variety of specialities, including Life Coaching for adolescents, adults, couples and families; behavior therapy; parent support and parent training and family communication.
