I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, bi-polar disorder, and trauma as well as experience with the court system. I am an EMDR trained counselor but also use many other forms of therapy such as solution focused therapy, cognitive behavior therapy and DBT therapy.
