I have training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, TFCBT and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, CBT as well as practice using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, ACT, mindfulness-based interventions, sand play and play therapy. I also have experience working with children and adolescents who have been self-harming or having suicidal thinking.
As part of Chenal Family Therapy PLC, I consult with our team of therapists and psychiatrists who specialize in different issues, ensuring that all possible treatment approaches are considered. If we encounter problems outside my areas of expertise, I can provide seamless referrals, including testing and medication management, to get you the needed help.
