With the pressures of modern society, it makes sense that many people feel more lonely and isolated than ever. For some, loneliness takes the form of physical reclusion. For others, it might look like socializing while still feeling disconnected, alone, or misunderstood. As a neurodivergent adult and former high-performing, shy, and anxious child, I prioritize creating space for non-conforming communication styles. I work with youth and adults navigating social anxiety, generalized anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, burnout, and complex post-traumatic stress disorder. All identities are welcome, including BIPOC and LGBTQIA+.
I am a fourth-generation Asian American cisgender woman with roots in Hawaii and Seattle. As a therapist, I offer a collaborative, nonjudgmental, warm, and grounding space. I use a blend of person-centered, somatic, gestalt, narrative, mindfulness, and CBT approaches, tailoring treatment to each client’s goals.
While self-work is valuable, I believe relational wounds often crave relational healing. Therapy can provide a safe space to cultivate genuine presence, vulnerability, unique self-expression, and mind-body integration. If this resonates, I invite you to reach out. It would be an honor to be a part of your healing journey.
