Eating disorders are known for hiding in plain sight, often under-diagnosed and misunderstood by many healthcare professionals. Because of this, I have dedicated my career to serving this population. I have eight years of experience across multiple levels of care, including outpatient, intensive outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization (PHP) programs. I enjoy working with people across the age and gender spectrum, at any phase of their recovery journey. Whether you're someone that is brand new to treatment or you have been in a long-term space of recovery and are just looking for some extra support, I'd love to work with you.
I am trained in the leading evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Eating Disorders and ARFID, and Family Based Treatment. While these frameworks provide a helpful lens to approach our work, collaboration is important to me and my approach centers on the belief that while I’m the expert on the ED, you're the expert on yourself.
I know that seeking therapy is a difficult decision, and that the treatment landscape can be overwhelming.
