Currently not accepting new clients. Life has its ups and downs. It can be extremely hard to cope with the many changes. Our relationships with ourselves and with others can be impacted. Sometimes we can manage, but sometimes we find ourselves losing control and life can become overwhelming. Are you feeling depressed, anxious, irritable, lost, or possibly turning to substances to cope? Do you feel out of control with your emotions and/or thoughts? Are your relationships with others strained? Are you constantly having negative thoughts about yourself? We all have struggled at some point in our lives with a lot of these things.
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Master Lic. Alcohol and Drug Counselor extensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for treatment of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and Certified in Cognitive Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). I treat Adults.
Having a non-judgmental, warm, compassionate person that can lend an ear and help guide you through these difficult times can be beneficial. I’d like to be that person for you and help you work through these difficult times. Let me support you with gaining control over your mind, emotions, and behaviors so you can get back to enjoying life.
