ADULTS & COUPLES: I primarily work from an attachment-informed and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) model. Together, we will work to overcome the negative patterns causing disconnection, conflict, and difficulty in your life and most important relationships. We will work to create new patterns that bring you joy, connection and meaning to your life.
