I specialize in helping clients pursue healthy relationships, including: couples work, resolving effects of early trauma, especially CPTS (complex post-traumatic stress), setting boundaries and communicating needs, repairing or deepening partner connection, finding a partner, workplace conflict / career or creative blocks, recognizing & grappling with systemic oppression & intergenerational trauma, increasing social skills/coping with social anxiety.
My approach is trauma-focused, embodied, and relational. I offer a range of tools (including EMDR & mindfulness) as needed by each client that help with emotional regulation, eg managing anxiety, ruminating thoughts, overwhelming moods. Supporting my clients’ ability to see or make meaning, joy, and magic in their lives is a huge motivator for my practice.
A big part of our work together is building a strong client-therapist relationship that will make you feel safe. My goal is to "get" you, and let our work flow from that connection. If that sounds appealing, contact me for a free phone consultation.
