Point Zero/Moment-to-Moment Intuitive Painting Wor
In this process, we use the flowing medium of paint as a vehicle for self-discovery, experimentation and spiritual exploration. We learn to recover the playful freedom of young children. We learn to work through negative and self-limiting self-talk that blocks the creative flow. We learn to allow emotions to release in a safe environment. We learn how to harness the energy of creativity for artmaking and living. As we face the white canvas, we learn to live with awareness in each moment. We learn that painting can become a practice and a refuge. Group and individual sessions.

A Women's Belly: Pandora's Box or Holy Grail
In this introductory workshop, we explore the physical, emotional, and spiritual implications of women's relationships with their bellies and bodies. Everett Ogawa, founder of Integral Bodywork, draws on his years of training in Asian meditative and martial disciplines which emphasize the belly as the primary source of an individual's connection to spirit and power. And Jungian Analyst, Amy Champeau facilitates discussion and sharing of women's experiences living in their bodies. Amy is a licensed marriage and family therapist, mother and grandmother who has struggled with body issues, including eating disorders. This is not another diet!!

Woman Warrior Training
In this WOMAN ONLY, experiential group, we will develop the qualities of courage, inner strength and decisiveness necessary to work with the fear(s) that keeps our lives small. We will integrate powerful body, breath and voice exercises to develop a centering presence with reading, discussion, creativity, fun, play and community. You will learn tools which you can practice on your own at home to deepen the process. We will learn to transmute the negative emotions held in the tissues of the body into positive, vital, feminine, life-affirming energies and find the quiet and powerful awareness of dropping 'below the neck'.
