I come from a strength based, integrative approach with elements of CBT, SFT, as well as a trained EMDR II therapist. I also have been trained in the John Gottmann Method for couples therapy which has 20 years of emperical research behind it.
I will offer you support, compassion and empathy in a safe, comfortable, non judgmental relaxed atmosphere. We can share our knowledge and together we can develop a trusting relationship.
Each session is unique and caters to each individuals therapy needs and beliefs.
