Hello, my name is Amy Skillings, LCSW. I received my MSW from the University of Illinois and have 21 years of experience in the mental health field. I specialize in helping individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, and life transitions with compassion and clarity. My approach is rooted in the belief that healing happens in safe, supportive spaces where all parts of you are welcome.
I provide individual therapy with teenagers, college age, and adults. I work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, life stressors, anger management, physical/sexual abuse in childhood, life transitions, those in leadership roles, and regulation skills. I use evidenced-based modalities to tailor each session to meet your unique needs.
