I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience working with adults, teens and children. I have over 10 years of experience working as a registered play therapist helping children, parents and families. I currently specialize in helping people (adults and kids ages 10 and up) who are experiencing issues related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma. I also help people resolve unhealthy relationship patterns. I offer EMDR and DBT as well.
Because the therapeutic experience is different for everyone, I focus on addressing your needs in a safe space for healing and growth. I use an eclectic approach enabling the combination of different therapeutic modalities in order to meet each person's individual needs.
We will work together to achieve emotional balance and to identify road blocks that may be getting in the way of living an authentic life. I help identify healthy communications skills, relationship issues, boundaries, and self-esteem. My practice is LGBTQ+ friendly.
