Do you often feel trapped inside your mind, listening to stories you tell yourself about the way things should be, how you should think and feel, and wondering what you could be doing differently? I am a licensed clinical psychologist dedicated to working with you collaboratively and authentically to help get you in touch with thoughts and feelings that can be difficult to pinpoint, to increase awareness for lasting change. I completed my graduate clinical training at the Anxiety Treatment Center and Florida Atlantic University Counseling Center.
I further specialized my training during my doctoral internship and post-doctoral residency by gaining expertise in eating disorders working at nationally recognized treatment centers: The Renfrew Center and Oliver-Pyatt Centers.
