Do you ruminate about your job, relationship, health or experience issues with sleep? Are you open to empowering yourself with tools to help your day to day life calmer? If you have goals that you want to achieve or habits you want to change, you sometimes just need someone to "root for you" or help you to be accountable. If you suffer from a chronic illness or physical disability, and feel people do not listen to your needs, sometimes a therapist/coach can help you learn to advocate better for yourself.

I build a trusting conversational relationship with my clients and work psychodynamically so we can look at the "why" behind the issue in order to find effective ways to move through the issue. I specialize in woman and people living with disabilities/chronic conditions. I'm also open to working with men.

I believe in my clients' potential. If you are scared to take the first step, we can do it in baby steps. If you are an experienced client and want to try out a new therapist, I'm here for you too.
