Groups
April Experiential Group: Stepping Into You
(Group will run Tuesdays, April 11, 18, 25, May 2, 9, 16). Through physical, emotional, and spiritual healing, we will look at how our past is showing up in our present and how to keep it from impeding our future. By identifying the unresolved trauma, we will start to heal what is getting in the way of healthy relationships as an adult. The ultimate goal of this process is to reestablish integrity within one's thoughts, feelings and actions by healing historical wounds and creating a more peaceful and purposeful narrative.
