My goal is to help every client lead a more fulfilling life. Throughout my life, I have experienced a journey of self-exploration and growth that led me to transition from the corporate world to my passion, counseling. I'm inspired to help others discover their best self by gaining insight into thoughts and behaviors that get in the way of reaching their full potential. By engaging in self-exploration through therapy, you can improve how you feel about yourself which translates into a healthier and happier life for ourselves and those close to us. I want to understand your goals, create a plan together and help you progress.
I work with clients who struggle with anxiety, imposter syndrome, perfectionism, trauma, negative self-talk, people pleasing, relationship problems, anger, grief and more. I use client-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), and skill- and strength-building, and body work
It takes a lot of courage to make the decision to see a counselor. I understand therapy might be new for you or maybe you saw a therapist before and you didn’t click. I value your time, commitment and investment in therapy. Please call me and we can speak to see if we are a good match.
