I offer gentle, caring support in discovering yourself and processing past trauma, while offering eager encouragement toward finding goals, strategies and intentions for yourself to flourish.
I am inspired by models such as Internal Family Systems and Nonviolent Communication which help us to validate our feelings and needs, see ourselves as good and capable individuals, encourage us to grow toward our true selves, and inspire strong connections with people that offer healthy relationships/community.
