My main goal as a clinician is to foster a safe, authentic space for you to explore your emotions and feel heard. I have experience working across all age ranges, gender identifies, and with folks identifying as BIPOC and LGBTQ+. I believe in a holistic approach to therapy, integrating evidence-based techniques such as mindfulness, CBT, and DBT with a person-centered lens. I believe that you know is best for you, and I am eager to help you find out what that is.
It is natural for transitions such as pregnancy and childbirth to leave us feeling drained, lonely, afraid, anxious, and even depressed. Together, we can approach therapy as a time for you to build coping skills, process past wounds, and feel empowered towards internal validation and acceptance.
It can be scary to reach out for help. I approach my clients without judgement, understanding that we all have unique experiences that have shaped us. If you feel that you could benefit from greater understanding and exploration of yourself, please contact me for a free consultation. I am looking forward to working with you on this journey!
