About
Stress and anxiety can drain our physical and psychological resources, leaving us feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. Maybe you need help navigating recent changes and a space to check in with yourself. I help people who want to feel happier, want things to feel easier, and don’t want to keep repeating the same old patterns.
I work with clients to figure out creative solutions for self care, coping strategies for anxiety, and ways to balance work, family life, and other challenges. My clients are students, young adults, parents, and professionals struggling with feeling overwhelmed by the stresses of growing up, work, parenting, family demands, and other obstacles in life.
I am offering online therapy so you can access help right from home. It is secure and easy to use. I look forward to meeting you! Please email me to set up an appointment.
