My style is compassionate and relational, aiming to create a space that feels both grounding and open, where you can slow down, explore your experience, and feel supported without pressure.
I genuinely love working with people. I find the most meaning in the moments when clients feel safe enough to be themselves fully, sometimes for the first time. Whether working with individuals or couples, I'm moved by the quiet shifts: increased self-compassion, deeper understanding, and the courage to show up more authentically in their relationships.
