Asking for help is a hard but necessary step to well-being. I provide a wide range of therapy needs, Including: play therapy, parenting support, working through emotional and behavioral problems, unhealed wounds of abandonment, abuse, betrayal, grief, loss and neglect, as well as things keeping you from having the relationships, resources and overall life experience you want. I have experience identifying these core sources of pain and understand how they can impact your life. We are inherently social beings, so developing competencies in these areas enhance our mental health, success in work, and ability to achieve life tasks.
My goal is to help you rediscover your strengths by providing support and guidance tailored to each person and their individual needs using a combination of CBT (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy) and solution-focused techniques. My therapeutic approach builds on your strengths as you explore new choices and develop relational, coping and self-care skills.
I listen without judgement to difficult emotions & challenge/affirm thought processes to help break old negative cycles, develop new coping skills & reduce symptoms allowing for increased self-worth. If you are looking for guidance, feel stuck in your life, or facing a challenging situation, take that first step so we can get you on your path to well-being.
