I have 4 years’ experience working with Intellectual and Developmental disabilities.
I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Penn State and a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. I utilize an eclectic approach with a focus on person-centered therapy. I utilize Gestalt, DBT, CBT, Solution-Focused, and motivational interviewing.
