I am a licensed therapist with fifteen years' experience working with individuals and families, from those going through significant life changes to those healing from past traumatic experiences. I believe it’s important to understand what’s happening before setting any intentions for action, so the first few times we talk, I really just want to listen, and let you speak freely about what’s going on. For all of us, it can be difficult to know where we’re going if we don’t quite understand yet where we’re at.

Changes can create a lot of confusion. Part of my job is to help you organize your thoughts around past life experiences or current events, and understand the influences on you and your lifestyle. If you decide you'd like to make changes, we will forecast the changes needed to accomplish your goals and set any plans for action.
