My approach to therapy is relational, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed. I offer a warm, compassionate space for healing and growth. I am here to help you explore your emotions, navigate life’s challenges, and uncover the deeper patterns and beliefs that contribute to distress. I support clients with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, personal growth, low self-esteem, disordered eating and body image, questions of gender and sexuality, complex family dynamics, and grief. My practice is affirming of LGBTQ+ identities, alternative relationship styles, and kink communities.

I provide therapy to adults, couples, and teens in San Francisco and via telehealth in California. My style is warm, holistic, and collaborative. Our work together will be grounded in trust, empathy, and respect, creating a safe space for healing and transformation.
