I believe therapy should be a collaborative process between therapist and client(s). I strive to provide an atmosphere of trust and respect in a safe and non-judgmental space for clients of all backgrounds to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I ask my clients to arrive ready to work, but also encourage lightness and laughter in session.

I practice an integrated and holistic approach to therapy utilizing aspects of person centered therapy, integrated family systems (IFS), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness, & psychodynamic approaches.
