I enjoy working with clients who are ready to face the weight of trauma, whether it’s complex, intergenerational, or tied to specific events. If you live with PTSD, mood disorders, or ongoing mental health challenges, you don’t have to carry it alone. Together, we’ll explore your experiences without judgment, challenge the beliefs that keep you feeling stuck, and build tools for managing symptoms. My goal is to help you feel safe in your own life again while honoring the many parts of who you are.
I specialize in trauma work, mood disorders, and complex mental health needs. Using ACT, DBT, CBT, and IFS, together we will explore the patterns shaped by your experiences and find tools to respond differently. We’ll work at your pace so you can heal, strengthen self-worth, and move toward living authentically.
I tend to be direct with my clients and I incorporate some humor when appropriate. I work from a strength-based lens and encourage clients to recognize their own strengths and build upon them to reach the goals they have set for themselves.
