Through both my experience as a client and as a therapist, I’ve witnessed the transformative power of therapy to support people through life’s challenges, big and small.
Life can be hard and you don’t have to face it alone. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your vulnerabilities, because the strength to overcome challenges is often closer than it feels.
I have experience working with young adults navigating transitions, because “adulting” can be overwhelming.
I frequently support clients in building healthier relationships, setting and maintaining boundaries, and practicing self-compassion. I also have a passion for working with individuals in addiction recovery. Achieving sobriety is a huge milestone, but maintaining it can bring unexpected challenges that deserve just as much care and attention.
