I believe healing can happen in the safety of connection. I offer affirming, sex-positive therapy for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ individuals who want to reconnect with themselves. Whether you’re unlearning patterns of survival, tending to past pain, or learning to trust your own voice, you don't have to do it alone. My work is for those who are longing for therapy that is relational, soulful, and rooted in deep care and investment in your personal growth.
As a queer, first-generation Mexican-American therapist and a daughter of immigrants, my approach is rooted in cultural humility, relational depth, and embodied compassion. I offer a space that honors all the parts of you. I hold a commitment to practicing therapy that is inclusive, anti-racist, anti-oppressive, and rooted in accessibility and transparency.
