About
When we feel stuck in patterns or held back by our pasts, it's hard to feel like we're living the lives we want. Reaching out to a therapist can be the first step in claiming your life as your own. Are you searching for direction or meaning in your life? Feeling stuck in a job, a relationship, or a recurring pattern? Feel like past or present pain is keeping you from being the person you want to be or living the life you want to live? Let's explore what brought you to this place in your life and help you find the path to being the best you that you want to be!
My role with you is to provide you with a safe, accepting space for you to explore your story and consider the next steps in your journey. We will work together to identify the therapeutic tools that you find most effective to cope with the challenges you're facing, help you recover from past hurts, and make the meaning you want in your life.
The challenges you have lived through are a part of your story, but they do not have to define you, and you can be free of the pain that holds you back from living the life you want. Together, we will create space for you to feel safe to consider how far you've come in life, where you'd like to go, and map the path of how you'd like to get there.
