About
Each one of us cannot escape LOSS or CHANGE. Throughout our lives we experience moments that bring us joy, as well as those that test our strength. You need an emotionally safe environment to allow yourself to see different perspectives, to remember your strengths and to change negative thoughts/feelings. I use my "down to Earth" approach and sense of humor to help you feel comfortable in expressing yourself. I validate feelings, yet challenge the negativity.
I have worked with adults, children and families for the past 20 years struggling with communication, self-esteem, addiction, grief, anxiety and depression, to name just a few. I believe that we all have strengths that can sometimes be forgotten. I also believe in the power of community and relationships to bring about change.
My dream of building my own practice is finally being realized and I am so excited to serve you! My office is minutes from the beach in the quaint town of Bradley Beach! It is time to feel EMPOWERED in your life. Time to move forward. Time to feel content. You deserve it.
