Life is an amazing gift. It brings excitement and adventure but also can be quite frustrating and overwhelming. My approach to therapy is transparent, curious, and compassionate. I specialize in treating eating disorders, anxiety disorders, depression, relational issues, and pre/postnatal maternal mental health. I use a combination of different therapeutic approaches which depends on needs. If you are struggling with an eating disorder/or unhealthy relationship with food or exercise, anxiety, substance abuse, low self-esteem, restricting, binging, purging, and/or other destructive patterns, you have come to the right place.
I help my clients develop a healthy relationship with food, exercise, family, friends, and most importantly themselves. I also collaborate with other health providers including primary care physicians, nutritionists, and psychiatrists, to provide the most effective comprehensive care.
My private practice is in the beautiful beach city of El Segundo. Additionally, I have experience with animal assisted therapy and own a small business called Your Beautiful Beginning which plans wellness retreats incorporating wild dolphin encounters in Hawaii.

Life Reflections
A 6 week intensive process group with max of 6 participants to create inmate setting and connection with the group. Will learn skills such as mindfulness, DBT, CBT, Conflict Resolution, and Healthy Communication Skills. A longer group (90 minutes) with 2 clinicians for increased support and attention individually and as a group. This is a very special group that will help foster deep connections and provide a supportive space for one's healing journey. Must RSVP to attend the group!
