I work with individuals and families facing depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and behavioral concerns. We are living in difficult times and could all use extra support. My approach is collaborative, setting small, realistic goals that we can incrementally build upon. Treatment is tailored to fit each person's unique needs and circumstances. I work with kids, adolescents, and adults struggling with emotional, behavioral, and relational issues.
