About
Hello! Whatever you’re going through, I am happy to help you find your way. Even if you can’t see it right now, I believe in your strength. I start by listening – really listening – so that I can understand you. I create a warm and safe place so that you can explore yourself, learn more and grow.
I use a variety of counseling strategies, depending on you, and on your wants and needs. I have additional training on the impact of trauma, and ways to understand it and help you. I’ve worked with people with a variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, substance use problems, and relationship challenges.
It is scary to take the first step and ask for help. I have been there! But counseling is a natural way to connect, and it's a great thing to do for yourself. You can feel better!
