Hi, I am a Licensed Clinical social worker and I have been in practice five years. I specialize in CBT, Mindfulness, EMDR, and couples counseling. I believe in meeting each individual where they are, and designing a treatment plan based on the specific needs of each patient. I am able to assist with a range of mental health issues and disorders. Such as, ADHD, anxiety, personality disorder, autism, life coaching/empowerment, couples counseling. trauma/abuse, interpersonal issues, women's issues, and LGBTQ+.
In the first session, a client should expect to be meet with a safe and comfortable space to discuss treatment options for their specific mental health needs.
I am naturally empathetic and compassionate, and these are two traits that have allowed me to help many individuals.
I believe in practicing active listening and mindfulness in order to understand a patient’s needs and goals. It is my mission to ensure that my patients are treated with respect, dignity, and non-judgment.
