About

Not currently accepting new clients. The best way to reach me is via email! I believe that mental health improves when you feel like you belong. I strive to offer a nonjudgemental space for healing and growth. I value your perseverance that helped you make it this far. My practice offers a boutique-style counseling practice where your care is personalized and your wellness is a priority. I focus on women, couples, and pandemic burnout. I offer modern approaches to therapy that work in our ever-changing world. I want you to not only survive, but thrive and live a life you love!
Modern Thrive Counseling is committed to offering innovative approaches that apply directly to your life. Through values-based exercises, inner child healing, and a compassionate lens, I will help you learn to manage difficult feelings, situations, self-talk, and communication issues.
My hope is to bring clarity, focus, and genuine healing in our work together.
