I help facilitate the journey of self-discovery and join with them as they pursue personal and interpersonal goals. This joining together process is a powerful one, making the change process less difficult and more rewarding.
I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and school issues. When working with children, I utilize art and play in my practice to assist children in working through feelings that they are unable to talk about.
